        I've been in this office a few times all of the employees are so kind. There's hardly ever any wait and they're just so good at what they do.

        I've been coming here for years. My children's dr isn't always open. A few days ago, I had a mishap with mychart and needed to call to get it rectified. There was some information in there that wasn't correct (we later found out it had nothing to even do with Urgent Care). The gentleman on the phone was so nice! He was professional and very pleasant! A few days later, my daughter got an ear infection and her doctor was again, closed. I took her here and that same gentleman was working the front desk. He was so polite and so kind. He has wonderful energy and he's the best person I've had the pleasure to work with in the medical field. A lot of times, especially when busy, people make you feel rushed and that they want you in and out. This man did not do that. I told him my thoughts and it made his day. I think it's so important to praise good work! The way you make someone feel when they're probably already stressed with a sick child, truly shows what kind of individual you are. I really appreciate those types of people! I didn't catch his name but he was a tall, bald, good looking gentleman. Thanks for the way you are sir! The rest of the staff was very nice! The place is always clean! Definitely the place to go when you can't get into your regular doctor!

        Health Express North Ridgeville, OH is professional, courteous, & caring. You arent just rushed into a room and hurried out the door. . . They listen. When you have to go to an urgent care, you are going there for a purpose. Its usually something concerning to you or someone you love. They have a courteous bedside manner & are professional in their diagnosis & care. I have been there several times now and trust my family to their care. The staff, from medical to billing are conscientious, courteous, and professional. I think thats exactly how a medical care facility should be. I will continue to entrust my family to their care.
