Need to call in for a detail appointment (Sprinter excluded), or come to their first come, first serve, car wash(Sprinter excluded)? Rafi Auto has these! Got to get an eCheck? No problem! Echecks are open to the public at a first come first serve at this facility ONLY. Need a car appraisal? They're open to the public and your vehicle will be appraised with the price based off what Rafi Auto would purchasing it for. Entering Rafi owned facilities, you will find it to be a clean and humble atmosphere, while being greated by a liaison and staff. Coffee, water, and pop is available to clients, while they shop or wait for a quick service appointment. Mercede of North Olmsted will schedule transport vehicles for those who purchase out of state, and will work with you, if you need to fly in and shop. Rafi Auto group also offers client transport and will take you to and from from the airport along with taking you to and from your home, when your vehicle needs repaired. Loaners can be scheduled under certain circumstances.

I came in to look at vehicles and began working with Arma. She was beginning to ask me questions to help understand what type of car I was interested in, but as soon as she saw a male customer come in after me, she rudely cut me off mid-sentence, stopped working with me to assist the man. I asked the receptionist if this man had an appt and they looked at me confused, like they didn't want to get her in trouble. They told me she would follow up with me via call. I never received a call back. Women who choose to work with men before other women says a lot about what type of business she prefers and the fact that Mercedes allows this type of culture is disappointing to me.
