I highly recommend this Sunglass Hut in Macy's in North Olmsted, OH. I'm disabled and had an issue with a very expensive pair of Versace sunglasses that I purchased there a few months ago. In this day and age of online businesses, in order for a company to succeed long-term in a retail location, customer service is paramount to that success. The store manager Kara and her assistant went out of their way to make sure that a situation that was sure to spiral out of control was handled right there on the spot successfully and to this customer's satisfaction. We have been buying high end glasses from Sunglass Hut for well over 20 years and if this had not been handled successfully on the spot, this company would have lost us and our business moving forward. Great Job! Give those girls a raise! 5 STARS... THANK YOU

Yesterday was my second visit to sunglass hut inside of Macys at Great Northern Mall. I have been so impressed by the great customer service. I had never purchased sunglasses from here & I feel like I have been missing out on amazing one on one customer care. My first visit to the store was back in April. When Josh took his time helping me find the right fit & look of sunglasses for my birthday. & I was wowed. The second visit was the day after Memorial Day & I was even more amazed.
