        The MANAGER JORDAN HAD 10/10 customer service. She was beyond nice and even though she didnt have what I wanted she showed me a very close alternative and had a great conversation with me. I love her energy and loved her attitude. 10/10 experience

        Unprofessional and inattentive service. Went in to get a shirt and no hello, no nothing. I looked over towards an employee for help, and instead of helping me, they went over to tie their shoe instead then chit chat with their co workers.

        So many options of Converse I'm the store which is why we went. Love the diverse selection. I feel it has improved. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

        This store should close down :( Girl couldnt get shirts to ring up correctly buy one get one so she called manager over who was so rude and nasty to us that I had to walk out and take my $150 I was spending elsewhere. 12/17/2022 12:45PM I hope enough people will read this and go to another place or order online. A store that has people like this working for them should not be in business.
