John Harb from Howard Hanna has been an invaluable resource in the  house buying process.  My wife and I live out of state and John has been great to work with.   He has been quick to respond to every change we have requested, and has adjusted our MLS search criteria several times to help us zero in on what we are looking for.  Buying our house in Cleveland has been a slow process, and the sudden changes in the economy have added another obstacle to work through.  John has been ideal from the start, always being available while giving us space.  I would/will recommend John Harb and Howard Hanna to anyone looking to buy Cleveland.

Extremely disappointed in the way the closing of my property was handled by my agent. She asked me to close early after telling me that my proceeds would definitely be wired to my bank when the title transfered. So I agreed to the early transfer. Surprise...no funds transferred. Then the excuse is this is out of our control, not our fault. Don't promise something if you can't deliver. I will not recommend them and will share my experience with everyone.

This was going to be a great review, however the sales rep got upset we ended up purchasing a home in a different zip code this office didnt cover. I had this office show me 4-8 houses, and asked about other areas, and they said they mainly covered around north olmsted. We are smart buyers and checked out every decent market, and ended up falling in love with a house in Mayfield near family. I sent a message to the sales rep the same day, updating and thanking her for her time, and if I could write a review to help out any way. Her response was no nothing can help, you wasted all my time. Clearly not someone I would want representing my brand.

I have been working with Deb Wilson out of the Howard Hanna North Olmsted office for about a month now. She has been nothing short of amazing in my experience as a first time homebuyer from another state! She has taken us through this process step by step since the moment we connected. Deb has been available from touring many properties (in a competitive seller's market at that!) to answering questions about all the excessively technical legal jargon to even providing a list of contractors we can contact once everything is finalized. We have yet to close on the home, but we will forever be endlessly grateful to have had her around through this trying process. She delivers incredible service, invaluable advice, and I would HIGHLY recommend her if you need a real estate agent! ....UPDATE.... Deb made closing less stressful and even checked in on us after the fact. 10/10 agent. Choose her!
