I fell and broke my hip in January. Dr. Scott Ciaccia was my surgeon and he did an excellent job in putting the hip back in place. I am 3 months out and I am very pleased with the outcome I am experiencing. The care after my surgery was excellent as well! I highly recommend Dr. Ciaccia!

Dr Scott Ciaccia performed surgery on both of my hands and arms he explained clearly what my problems where and what he was going to do to fix them and he did exactly that !!! Dr Ciaccia told me what to expect through the recovery process and was spot on. After years of pain the doctor has with out a doubt put me on a path to full recovery pain free. I would recommend Dr Scott Ciaccia to anybody.

Over a year after my surgery, I still think of Dr. Ciaccia and am grateful for him as my surgeon. I remember vividly how scared I felt and how comforting he was after a car accident injured my hand. He explained in detail every aspect of my injury, using pictures and clear language. I remember I came in with a notepad of questions, over ten, and he patiently answered every single one. I'd definitely recommend him.

I am NOT impressed with Dr. Ciaccia. He seems very arrogant. I have seen him 2 times for major arthritis in my hands. As he talked to me he seemed like he was in a hurry both times. I was trying to ask a few questions and he seemed like he was irritated by that and was ready to dismiss me right away. I just had a 6 week follow up with me and again arms crossed and didn't seem like he had the time of day to deal with my situation. He had a clip board that notes were written on and that he wanted me to see him again and he tossed it on the counter next to me and just left the room without any instructions. I thought that was rude.

Very nice, caring, and knowledgeable. Staff works well together as well. I would highly recommend. Easy to get in to seeing as he also helps with the Injury clinic in Sheffield. Amherst office is very easy in and out. Have yet to be Westlake to know about that facility.
