Did not have a good experience at all. Terrible service and below-average workmanship. I paid for the A team and got D league, and that's being generous. I first engaged this company on December 16 2023 - and Finally just got my 2 doors installed yesterday (April 2). I had to call a couple weeks ago to threaten to escalate the issue and then suddenly my doors were ready for installation after nearly 4 months of waiting. Again, I ordered 2 doors - this was not a huge project. This company also did a bit of a bait and switch on the door painting, stating that they only painted 4 colors and a custom color would be 125 per door, which was pretty shady. So now I have unpainted doors. Overall the work quality is far below average. The trim was crooked in spots and dented, there were marks left on the wall. I had to fill and sand the trim they installed myself. Eventually, I will have to pay more to have my doors and trim painted. I would highly recommend whoever reads this - look elsewhere! This company is terrible.

Gino and Lynette were terrific. They are patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Their measurements were perfect. They offered great suggestions and the doors and hardware are beautiful. Installation was on schedule, clean and professionally done.

"Professional" - One measurement visit to home, one trip to showroom to chose styles, 6w to finish/ship order, quick and clean install visit, one issue after install noted due to non-standard framing in original home build - this was quickly and professionally remedied. Thankyou Guys.

We just had 11 interior doors made/installed in our house and they are beautiful!!! We LOVE them and they have really given our home the upgraded look we were hoping for. Lynette and Gino were great to work with and answered all of our questions. Nick that did the installation was professional, quick, and even vacuumed afterwards. We only have good things to say about the entire process and the finished product is prettier than we had imagined! If you're in need of interior doors or you want a more polished look to your home, we highly recommend Ohio Doors and Closets!
