We had a very complex issue with where our bedroom patio roof and chimney connected leaking every time it rained for 4 years. :( We attempted to "fix it" with band aids 4 times before we couldn't take it any more. Tapped out of money but desperate for quality work we reached out to Dover. Dover not only took the job but also made sure we stayed on budget. The work they did was amazing and NO MORE leaking roof! We hired Dover to remodel primary bath and hall bath in our home built in '92.  Demo started 12/28/21 and projects were not completed until July '22.  Projects did not involve significant plumbing /layout changes.  Was told both projects would be 95% complete by end of March '22.   Process was very disruptive for way too long.  Total cost was about $86K for both baths, so not a small sum of money for us!  Communication was good initially, but as time went on it was non existents for weeks.  Finally had to withhold payment to get any action as to completion of project.  Materials were stored in my house (great room, front hallway) for months so I believe there were labor/staffing issues.   If I had to do it all over again, I would not.    Design process was fine, execution and communication were sub par.  I do think the final product looks nice as it should for the amount of money spent.  I did send a detailed letter to the owner indicating why I would not recommend them on the questionnaire they sent out upon completion of the project.  No one has bothered to contact me to follow up or get more information.
