North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

While the individuals in the Service Department have always been kind and helpful, I have never been able to get a rental car when my Jeep needs service. Being able to have a rental is a service I pay extra for, but there are never rentals available. Even trying to book weeks (4+) in advance, I am being told there is nothing or that the rentals are only given to those whos car is absolutely undriveable - not for anyone getting routine service or something minor. Corporate needs to do better. I have had my Jeep for almost 2 years and have not once been able to get a rental when needed. This makes getting any service highly inconvenient but seeing as it I am already paying for the dealership to perform maintenance, I have little choice. Very frustrating.

Frank was a huge help today, very professional, everyone was very friendly. Much better experience then the other MOPAR service centers

Service department won't answer the phones during business hours and won't return calls. Called 4 times, left messages. Especially concerning because there's a recall on my new vehicle that can lead to crashes.

Lied about work they did on my Jeep, when I called to question why it was still having the same problems I was told my Jeep "just had to get used to the changes they made". The second mechanic informed me that nothing they said they fixed had been touched. My 2018 Jeep ended up needing an entirely new motor and complete rewiring thanks to the dishonesty of the staff at North Olmsted Jeep. This has been financially devastating. I wish I could give less than one star.
