        Called to inquire on inventory and pricing, the person who answered the phone was rude, told me to just come to the store and then hung up. I was looking to purchase over 2,000 square feet of flooring from them, and simply wanted to know if the store was kid-friendly to bring by five month old to with me when looking at their inventory, per his suggestion. Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.

        Waxmans sucks in my opinion. Dont know how they got there rating my $ 6,500.00 carpet install was terrible. They didnt put it under based boards just cut it in front of them so u can see a gap between them. Didnt put down new door plates (that go in doorways that hold carpet in place like kitchen, front door, 2 bathrooms and the ones that they used were all dirty and painted on. Unfortunately I was in Florida when I bought this place and my sister didnt inspect there work I guess. I show up 1 year later and yuck. They also didnt tell me they offer discounts like military and I served 10 years? Hope u have better luck.
