Schedules an appointment for the $80 "listen and guess" diagnostic, then spends two weeks trying to "fit you in" for the actual repair. Clearly more interest in collecting money for estimates than actually performing the work. My strong advice is to look elsewhere. Service: Refrigerator repair

2 of my burners on my 5 year old stove weren't working so I figured since this company was in my neighborhood I would give them a try. I was told by Jim that there was a $75 service fee which would go towards the repair and he would be in the area in the late afternoon, he called at 7:45pm to let me know he was on his way. He wasn't even in my home for 5 minutes and said he needed to order a part and once it comes in he will call me to schedule the repair. Before he left I gave him a check for $81 (service fee plus tax) . Jim called me the very next day claiming he did some "research" on my stove and figured the work was more involved and it would cost me over $150 in labor per burner and it may cost even more as he continues to repair. And I'm better off buying a new one.. That was the last thing I needed to hear! I was so upset. I was able to get a second opinion and the gentleman that came by spent time looking at each burner took it apart to be sure ... showed me the part number I needed and ordered it and charged me a $50 service charge and fixed my stove .. Jim cashed my check ASAP and didn't help me . Me and my husband are both out of work during this pandemic so at a time like this I was disappointed in my neighborhood repair man that lives only minutes from me couldn't help me and still took my money. I understand service charges but especially when you weren't in my home for only a few minutes and the next day changed the story and wanted me to spend hundreds to buy a new stove to repair it.. Never  again will I call on this company!

My one year old age GE front loader was two weeks out of warranty and suddenly stopped spinning and draining. After waiting two hours for another company to no show I found a referral on Facebook for Phoenix appliance repair. I contacted  Jim the owner and he was very friendly and courteous. He agreed to come out within the hour. When he got to my house and I described what was goiing on he immediately knew what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable and trained in all the latest  appliances. He fixed my washer very timely and efficiently. It was cheaper than he initially quoted me.  I found Jim to be very honest and fair. Will definetly use him again and recommend to everyone!

They've been out to my house 4 or 5 times over the years. Every repair has been terrific. It's like your dad coming over to fix things. The prices are fair. He's fixed my dryer, oven, fridge and has extended the useful life of my appliances. He's always answered and offered service the same day.
