This place is a joke, steer clear they buy auction cars and dont fix them. Sold me a car that was unsafe to the road refused to fix anything even though I purchased the warranty Ive had it in there three times all over a weeks time and they have fixed nothing they actually made things worse every single time, they even provided me with illegal plates to a similar vehicle owned by someone else when they messed up the title I hope this place goes out of business

My recent experience at your establishment was highly unsatisfactory. Despite conducting thorough inquiries prior to my visit to ensure it would be worthwhile, I was dismayed to find upon arrival that I was not approved, contrary to the assurances given. This, after a considerable four-hour journey, was quite disappointing. Furthermore, I was disconcerted by the response to a previous review I had left. The subsequent communications from your team, which appeared to target me specifically for my feedback, were unprofessional. It was particularly disheartening to encounter mockery from the owner regarding my accent, which is indicative of my cultural background. Professionalism and respect are paramount in customer service, and I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve future interactions with your clientele.
