Lock you into long contracts. Horrible salesman service. Literally too two months to get an answer to a question. Once you are ready to leave, they try to bill you for the contract. No accountability for bad service unless you want to write a check to get out from under them.

Smiths Waco Market has been with Rentwear for many many years. The office staff is always been helpful and attentive to any changes we may need throughout the year. Our route representative Rob is a great hardworking guy who always keeps us well supplied. We have large companys come and try to take the business from Rentwear but they are always told we love doing business with our locally owned and operated Rentwear.

We have been utilizing Rentwear since opening The River Merchant 6 months ago! It has been a great relationship so far, and our route representative Jeff has done a great job of communicating effectively and making my job easier. I have not had to worry about my linen service yet, and look forward to continuing to work with Rentwear in the future!

Rob is our Rentwear Route Rep and he is awesome. Any concerns, returns or laundry we have he takes care of with no issues. The service Rentwear provides is outstanding!
