Pfeil Income Tax Services

We paid for their services for our 2020 taxes and were told by Linda (I believe is her name) that she would continue to try to get our taxes lowered and get back to us. Have not heard a single thing from her! My husband and I have tried multiple calls/voicemails, emails and random stop ins at their office and NOTHING. We dont even know if our taxes have been filed. At this point we have to contact the IRS to report them and try to figure out where to go from here.

After nearly 15 years of loyal, out of state support of this business, the Pfeil family chose to string us along and ignore us. We sent them our taxes like we always do, followed up with an email like always, and after 3 months we finally got a response from Linda saying simply we are working on them. Nothing more. Nothing from Michael. 2 months later, nobody answers the phone, the emergency line, no return phone calls, no response to email. Didnt file anything, not even an extension for their lack of caring. We were loyal even after Bobs passing, loyal even after moving to Texas. Simply classless. Bob would have never of treated our family this way. After having a new accountant get us squared away, he reviewed the previous 3 years and found an amazing amount errors that we are now paying to have corrected. If you choose to have this classless act do your taxes, be very aware of your risk. Bob has to be looking down ashamed.
