        The property manager, Wendy Rock is an outstanding professional. She treats tenants very well and solves their problems with dedication. Apartments are nice, spacious, clean, and well-maintained.

        0 Stars They keep raising the rent and do not fix anything. The apartments in Louisville are so old that the wiring is a fire hazard, there is mold that grows in the bathrooms, they need new windows all around, can not get ant decent internet because they will not allow cable companies or phone companies to update wires. Ceilings leak when it rains. I could go on and on.
