I can't say enough good things about Megan Meggyesy, RE/MAX Edge Realty~! She not only saved me from the evil clutches of a FSBO (he wanted to keep my earnest money AFTER the property failed inspection), but she effortlessly delivered the home of my dreams. I, along with my favorite husband, get to retire in the cutest little mid-century suburban ranch amid a bucolic setting all because of Megan's Herculean efforts securing us an early, painless close. She was always timely conveying information, patiently explaining everything this old-school granny didn't understand (never heard of dot.com, much less how to use it???!) and was extremely knowledgeable negotiating a great price all the while being graciously kind. Megan is the only reason were were able to buy a house in this seller's market, plain and simple. Who can say they love their real estate agent? Work with Megan and I bet you can~!

Megan is extremely hard working, smart and will work 24/7 for you to make sure your buying or selling experience is smooth and hassle free! She has advised us on several properties including on our present home. She steps up to the plate 100% of the time and will hit a HOME RUN for YOU!! I would recommend Megan Meggyesy for everyone

Megan worked from sun up to sun rise, weekends, late nights and more to help us with any questions or concerns we had. We were stressed at times but Megan assured us everything was exactly on track to how it was supposed to be. We trusted her from the minute we signed the initial paperwork until the very end. I am beyond grateful to her for her expertise in this field and wanting what was best for us the whole time. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you again Megan!!!!
