Do NOT work with this realtor or you WILL highly REGRET it!!! If I could leave negative stars I would! Kelly is rude and unprofessional and does NOT have your best interest in mind. Despite her representing the seller, she took advantage of this process being brand new to the seller and swindled the seller out of $10k in closing costs and real estate fees, which we learned later buyers typically pay for closing costs (excluding realtor commissions). Upon questioning this process during closing she was rude, unprofessional, and cornered the seller into thinking this was normal and their only option.

If I could leave negative stars I would. From a customer service standpoint where this agent was involved, it was the worst experience I've ever had with a Realtor. She is rude and unprofessional. She becomes demanding and obnoxious when things don't go her way. Would definitely NOT recommend to friends or family or even my worst enemy.
