        The best place to get your scooter. Staff is very friendly and answers any questions you may have. If you have mobility issues this place is the one for you.

        We stopped in to see if we could get a part needed for mobility scooter. Employee was very nasty. Said look for part in China. The part we needed was right behind him. Wouldn't buy a mobility scooter from this company if they were the only one around. Just my opinion.

        The actual service here is pretty good. The employees usually come out to happily assist you when you arrive. That being said, the parking for this mobility specialist is atrocious. people who are in wheelchairs (or anyone really) shouldnt have to get stuck in a huge crater trying to get out of the vehicle and inside the building. To top it off, it was pouring outside and I ended up stepping right in this crater, resulting in everything being soaked up to my ankle. They also dont have an automatic door which I think would be a huge help to someone trying to back through the door in a wheelchair. Just the little things, i guess.
