I love Dr. Covic and Rachel. Dr. Covic is so darned pleasant and patient. She has been very accommodating to me with this dreadful respiratory issue I have been enduring and she has been so helpful and patient even when I am sure at this time of year there are many patients with viruses she is handling. She is a great doctor and Rachel is just as pleasant, ALWAYS.

I was nervous to go back to the medical foundation after how I was treated by the nurse practitioner I used to see. However Dr. Covic couldn't have been better. She took the time to sit down and go through my meds and really make sure I'm on the best ones for me. She actually listened to my concerns on one of my meds due to the side effects I've been having and helped me decide what to do about it instead of just telling me what to do. I felt as though I had a say. I love this place!

I am not one to post issues, however, being in healthcare myself, I would NEVER treat or care for any resident/patient in this way. I was forced to find another doctor due to my doctor retiring, so I was given Dr. Covic. I met her ONE time and her answer to everything was "we will check bloodwork in 6 months" , ok. So, I leave the appointment and now comes time for refills on my perscriptions. I called into the office and was told "Dr. Covic only calls in scripts one or two times a week"? ok? Well I needed my medicine (you are not to skip meds, right?) anyway, I went 5 days with no meds. I called in to simply state my concerns for not only myself BUT for those patients of hers that may not have a voice to stand up to the issue. About a week later I received a letter in the mail, NO phone call mind you, a letter stating SHE was no longer providing services to me? Ok, so you are a doctor YOU did not call my medicine in and now YOU are dropping me? I was also told they would do everything to help me for 30 days, well must have been 30 days from when THEY put the letter in the mail (which we all know is delayed as it is). So I call in for another medication ONLY until I can get another doctor, I called in on Feb 14th and was told my 30 days were up Feb 12th. Now, to top it off this medication is a controlled substance and you CAN NOT get a refill until you run out. I have scheduled an appt to have a new doctor and the first appt is March 21st? So, what do you do when your doctor drops you and is providing NO bridge, and you have no medicine? I have never heard of the medical profession to be this heartless and unprofessional. It is sad this is how patients are treated and clearly I am not the only patient of hers to suffer.

The waiting time in Dr. Covic's office was very short. She is very thorough and takes the time to listen to you.
