The items here are so nice and reasonably priced, I just wish I could tolerate being in the store long enough to shop. The perfume, potpourri, air freshers etc are so strong that not only do I feel like I can't breathe while I'm in the store but I sneeze for 20 minutes after leaving and the smell hangs on my clothes for hours.

I will never order anything from Kirklands again. I ordered two mirrors and as of tomorrow it's been a month wait. Still hasn't been received at the store. Really poor customer service experience as well. Each time I've called I've received no help and they just tell me to keep waiting. Also this is my first review ever so it's THAT bad.

Generally I have had 5 star service at this Kirkland's. However, this past week I picked up an ecommerce order and was not impressed with the customer service. I purchased two large items, a headboard and a large mirror. A young man, (possibly from the delivery truck that was also on site at that moment), slid the items from the back room and propped them on the back shelving, and then left. The clerk, who was very pleasant, had me sign for my order, and then was pretty much done with me. I'm a 5'1" female and trying to slide the 5ftx5.5ftx3 in 40 lb box from the back of the store to the front, while avoiding breakable wares (which is at least 60% of the store), was extremely difficult. The clerk watched me get a quarter of the way, and from over her clipboard, halfheartedly offered help... once. I declined because I was annoyed that it 1) took her that long to offer and 2) didn't occur to her from the beginning. On top of that, she did not, nor the other two associates, even walk to the front of the store to at least hold the door open for me. I will continue to do business here because it is usually a good experience, but this particular one was a disappointment.
