        The 4 fireplaces in our home has been serviced by The Fireplace shop prior to us living in the home. The first time I called the technician showed up and said" I've been here before" They serviced the insert checked the other fireplaces. Now 2 years later. We went to purchase an insert and cover for two different rooms. The sales person was VERY knowledgeable. We purchased new fireplace logs for the finished basement and a fireplace cover for the family room. A few weeks later they called and installed. Again they checked ALL 4 fireplaces! Cleaned the fireplace insert glass at NO charge. Did a fantastic job on the log in sert and putting the cover on. Thanks Fireplace Shop!
