Summit dental group is awesome. The follow up care is amazing. They made sure my partial fit perfectly. When I had a problem they fixed it immediately.Very compassionate staff, I am not an easy client to deal with., they always greet me with a smile. Would recommend them especially if you have fear of the dentist. They are gentle and kind.

I called and left a message on Sunday and no one returned my call. I called back later in the week and was able to schedule an appointment in 5-7 days. I mentioned this to staff, and they said not calling back was bad for business, he seemed empathetic. However, did not apologize. The location was clean and I felt safe during Covid. The staff was nice but not personable. I felt anxious and nothing was offered to accommodate that need. As for not feeling personable, no one seemed to smile and they were all monotone/flat affect and did not engage in any rapport building. It was weird. I don't think I'd go back as a regular customer. However, I wouldn't turn anyone away from going if they chose this provider. After doing my own research, I found Dr Smith and where he went to, I will gladly commute as he went above and beyond to be friendly and meet my dental and emotional needs

Very happy with everyone at this office. They are friendly and work to keep appointment times for everyone. It is now newly remodeled and looks great
