        So I started at the Warren office it was one of the worst experiences of my life I've been flieing my taxes for 3 years she was no help what so ever but then I did come to the Niles location Ms. Jessica and Ms.Rochelle were so helpful and explained everything wonderfully I fully recommend going down to Niles for any questions or concerns they are wonderful don't go to Warren office though
