        I think they are too concerned with making a quick buck. If you are not ready to go in and offer 25% over list price, they won't give you the time of day. I felt like I was always the one hustling to find a place while they were just ready to pick up their commission check. Not really responsive. Don't really care about what I"m looking for. I think I missed out on a lot of opportunities when prices were reasonable. I was not served by Jennifer and her team. So Disappionting. Brokers Realty is worse, though.
