PNC Mortgage

I forgot my wallet but had my driver liscense. Knowing that PNC printed debit cards I called ahead and they saiid I could stop in and get one. After the teller verified me she informed me no one was responding to her request to help me. I could see two offices with bankers and neither with were any customers. (Three others were empty). The teller seemed like she was trying to help but didnt know what to do. She said I could wait but did not know how long. I left.

Tyler has NO idea what he's doing. Spent 3 trips just to apply a secured credit card. First trip for the initial application, Second trip because he forgot I needed to sign a check and Third to sign two papers. Kept asking him about the annual fee and he kept insisting that there isn't one, until I pointed it out on the terms and cancelled the application immediately. Surprised this dude still has a job :) Also, don't bother making an appointment online. They won't look at it.

This bank needs more employees to assist the lobby and drive thru. Any business near a cafaro operated mall needs to be better prepared. It's unpleasant and unprofessional for a location like this to be understaffed.

Just got done calling this branch 5 times. Not a single person answered the phone. I guess this is what we get when they shut down ALL the branches next to us. Only one in our area is Niles Ohio now. All the ones in warren and howland are gone, and now the service here has dropped exponentially. Ill probably be looking for a new bank soon. This is uncalled for.
