Residence Inn by Marriott Youngstown Warren/Niles

The rooms were beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Needed a place to call home for a few days in between homes as we moved, and i could not have picked a better place. Super convenient check in, and great access to streaming services on the TV. The best part was being connected to the mall.

Far in the way, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at front desk is rude and unaccommodating Insurance paid for my room or I wouldve Insisted on a refund will never stay or recommend anyone stay at this hotel

Did a mommy and me staycation with my son since he's on winter break. Chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub (come to find out there isn't a hot tub anymore even tho there's pics of it on their site and google) the pool water was freezing! My son was shivering so he didn't even want to swim anymore. I asked if they could turn the pool heater up and was told no. It's just disappointing because the whole reason I chose this hotel was so my son could swim. And I could relax in the hot tub. The rooms are nice and location is great being that it's connected to the mall. The staff was nice but I wish we could've done what we came here for.

We were vacationing for Christmas. Christmas night my car was broken into and my wallet and purse was stolen with my identification in it and the credit card used for the hotel. My husband was traveling with me. He has an identification card with the same last name as mine. I was willing to pull up the credit card on my mobile app to prove it was my credit card Yet the manager, Dee says they cannot give us a room. So I explain to her Im out of town traveling, told her my whole situation is an holiday. She was not willing to help. So I requested a refund . She refused to refund the money I called later that evening to check the status of the room and it was canceled so they canceled the room. rented it to someone else and still will not refund me my money. This was a terrible experience well that is that time they see a penny of my money. We ended up driving four hour back home
