Eastwood Arms Apartments

Great place to live. Jenn and the other office folks are super nice and attentive. Maintenance is great too. Today Randy came and fixed an issue with the stove and was very prompt, courteous and professional as always. Thanks for all the hard work to all the staff for keeping the facility in great shape.

Legitimately terrible apartment complex, they charge a house payment for rent and like to raise your rent every lease renewal and if you dont renew your lease, theyll charge you an extra $300 a month. They have $75 late fee, only take payments through their app or personal checks and if youre late at all they turn off your ability to pay through the app. Maintenance likes to treat their residents as if theyre dumb and not know what theyre talking about. Just an all around terrible place. I would like to recommend them, but Ive been screwed over too many times, forced to pay late fees for reasons out of my control such as payment processing taking longer than the grace period and even though I paid it before the grace period was over or the fact I explained to them that I cant pay through the app as it says its disabled but they said its enabled on their end and that I had to send an email to the company the manages the app which Ive done, nothing happened or create an entire new account. The owner is a money hungry individual who charges exuberant prices for less than average service.

I've been living here for a little over a year now. Very nice and understanding staff. Never had any problems.

The maintenance team are excellent Randy, Jason, and Kelly. The dog park is perfect. Im a new tenant and I love it here and I recommend them to everyone
