        After calling several businesses locally in Richland County and Knox County, Ohio to get new tires for my car. I was left feeling disappointed with the customer service, the attitude when I inquired with questions and personally felt defeated. A friend referred me to Ohio Tire in Newark, Ohio. Not only did they answer all my questions and concerns but I appreciated there professionalism and gewine compassion. I must of called 4 times with more questions and not once was I treated poorly. There customer service is top notch, the tires were extremely reasonable compared to others. You definitely have a repeat customer! Thank you so much for everything!!
