Had been a loyal client for a number of years and will never be back. They misplaced some key documents a couple years back and tried to pin it on us-until they found them of course. We gave them a second chance. There was some turnover at the front desk this year. The intern they had working was very unfriendly and unable to give me any reasonable time frame on when they might get back to me. This was after she flippantly threw my folder under a pile. Knowing they had misplaced documents previously I had an uneasy feeling and called back in to speak to a manager. This lady immediately let me know she was in charge and gave me 15 excuses of why I was receiving bad service. I informed her it was not my issue. I didnt hire an intern who was overwhelmed. I suggested getting her some help or hiring more people. She immediately put the ball in my court and arrogantly stated I would not be able to get my taxes done anywhere due to backlog. I retrieved my file, made two phone calls and was able to find a very small- yet extremely friendly and competent firm that did a fantastic job with PLENTY of time to spare relative to the deadline. All this for Literally HALF the cost. Trust me. Shop around. You can find good people to do your taxes that are not nearly as expensive and you dont have to deal with a bloated, unfriendly and arrogant organization.

I worked at DBA for a short time while in school, then later in life when I bought a house, rented out my house, started a business and therefore had more complicated taxes, I became their client. I have nothing but great things to say about their company from both perspectives as an employee and as a client.
