        Great school for traditional Shotokan Karate! Instruction is top notch with decades of experience. Training is in a safe atmosphere that is great for kids and adults alike. After a stressful week I look forward to classes that not only helps my mental focus, but helps me sweat with great workouts. Thank you Sprague Shotokan Karate!!
