    I added this review months ago but it appears to be gone. So here is another one. The clerk gave me back one of my Amazon returns and I didnt realize until I got home that it was the incorrect package. When I called to come back and exchange it for the correct one, I was told I had to wait until it went to the distribution center. The distribution center said they could never find it and the store should have helped me. He recommended I report the store for poor customer service. The return for both items was lost for me and I was out over $70. We had another issue with something similar and the owner was rude and hung up on me. Stating that there are too many packages to go through to retrieve a package that YOUR mistake is piss poor customer service. We havent been back since and I tell everyone that this comes up with how poor our experience has been. They do fine if they dont have to actually help you with an issue.

    Terrible!!!! Had some magazines my friend left at my house after a competition and they refused to ship them! They said they couldn't even ship a rifle scope, but could if it was for a crossbow!! I get firearms related items shipped by UPS all the time! This liberal policy is a joke, and I will NEVER step foot in this store again!!!

    Worst customer service ever! I don't even like giving them a 1 star. They do not deserve it!. The man who was waiting on me, yelled at me because my return codes were coming up the same on Amazon. He said I needed to step aside until I could figure it out. I said no, would you help me? he said No, all he does is print the return lable for me. He scanned the code 3 times and I need to step aside. I stepped aside to let my phone load the next return item. He made me feel like I was doing this on purpose. I was getting embarrassed by the way I treated, and said I will take the unscanned ones and try to figure it out at home. I asked him if he would let me know which ones we have done, and he said no, I have already told you, you figure it out! With that he walked away from me. The other 2 gals were no help either I asked who the manager was, she said we do not have a manager. She told me the owners name, but said she would not give me the owners number. She said if I want I could come back Wednesday and maybe talk to the owner. I am from out if town and I work fulltime. I do not have time to come back to Newark. I was so upset, I was dropping my boxes as I was leaving about in tears, and no one asked to help me. I have never been treated so rudely in any store. Unbelievable. UPDATE: My returned items have not been received by Amazon. The receipt the guy gave me does not have a valid tracking number. I have called UPS and the tell me what was given to me at the UPS store does not help track any packages. So now I have lost my money on my return. I am just imagining that the staff just kicked my boxes around and kicked them out to the trash. No proof, but why has Amazon not received my return.
