I reached out to this company inquiring about Christmas lights. She responded quickly asking what I was interested in doing. When I told her, she responded that they dont do the hips of roofs as it voids the warranty. She then mentioned other companies that do it but said they have terrible customer service. I responded back that it was good to know that and that I would still like a quote and I heard nothing back. I emailed back again and was told that theyre super behind and that I should look for another company because theyre too busy. I think Angel Lighting can add their company to those with terrible customer service. Glad Im going with another company.
