        I ordered a planter for my son-in-law's mother who passed away. I ordered a specific one because of the violet and I thought it was pretty. The one that was sent looks nothing like the picture on the website and I am not happy with the finished product. It did not have a violet. The plants looked nothing like the website picture either. They just stuffed some cut flowers into the dirt. Also the flowers were a maroon color and they then added a purple bow. It did not match in any way. It looked terrible. I was charged $76 for it. Not a good impression. I will never order from you again. I also suggest that no one else order from you if this is the product that you send out. Ordered from Blossom Flower Delivery Order #2581438, Secret Garden. The card and delivery was from XOXO Florals&Wine.

        I cant say enough good things about this shop! I'd hoped to send some handmade Valentine's Day gifts to someone special in Illinois and I really wanted to include some beautiful flowers but I was really worried they wouldn't survive being mailed. Jamie was so wonderful going above and beyond even during what I'm sure is a busy holiday helping me figure out how to make it all work and preparing the flowers to be shipped. They arrived beautifully!

        I HIGHLY recommend XOXO for your wedding! Jamie was so incredibly helpful, worked with me on pricing, and the results were AMAZING. I showed her my inspiration and colors and she did PHENOMENAL, I actually teared up when I saw my bouquet! (As a bonus, they persevered SO WELL!)

        Jamie did a wonderful job at our wedding - she was prompt with communication, reasonable with price, and a positive presence in our vendor lineup! She did a mix of fresh and silk florals for our big day, and we received SO MANY compliments from wedding guests/other vendors on her work. She shared her thoughts on flower combinations ahead of time so we could make adjustments together, and we felt super aware of and comfortable with what she was using ahead of time. She was even willing to create arrangements for bridesmaids inside of lightsaber hilts!

      Hi Jenny, I’m sorry to hear about this. I am having trouble finding your order so that I may look at the information. We typically do not sell violets so I am not sure how you purchased an arrangement like that from our website? Do you have an order number or some way that I can find what happened please? I would like to fix the situation. Jamie-Hi Jenny, I took some time and went back through all of my orders for the Trainer services, there were quite a bit. I found an order that was wired to our shop from a broker. I am so glad this was brought to my attention! We signed up for wire services back in August under the impression that these brokers only take a small percentage. However the broker you purchased from took an enormous amount and that is not right. I had no idea and due to that I will not allow them to take advantage of this. This order mentions violet plant, palm, kalancho, ivy. Which we do not carry so we immediately asked them if we could send a planter with fresh cuts. We were given $44.99 for it!!! We also received that order after hours and did not see it until Monday morning. The broker did not get back with us in a timely manner, but we sent this anyone because service was about to begin. We sent a $50 planter with fresh cuts added. They also did finally give us permission for the fresh cut and planter. I apologize that you did not like the color scheme and that you did not get what you paid for. I have tried many times to explain that brokers and wire services are not the best route, however it has become the only way a small business florist can receive orders. I am willing to make a resolution to this, even though I did on my end what I felt was fair. I have all of the information that shows the amount they gave, the messages and inquiries to this broker as well. I have the driver's photo of what was sent. All of that. Our planters range from $50-$75. As I stated they gave us $44.99 for it. So we opted to send a $50 planter. This broker, we will never use again. This is a small business, we love what we do and we try our hardest to produce good designs and products. I so deeply apologize that this happened. My hope is that when you search online for ANY business to make sure your research is done.
