Excellence in Learning Community Co-op

A wonderful Homeschool co-op. So many field trips and activities. My kids really love their classes and experiences here.

Great homeschool co-op located in Newark, Ohio that serves many people from all over Central Ohio. We drive 45 minutes to get there several times a week between the classes and extra curriculars ELCC offers. They offer a great variety of classes which are taught by dedicated teachers and helpers. The people are great and everyone works together to keep this old building afloat. This is a great place for homeschool families who want supplemental education, experience in a formal classroom without any pressure, and a place for moms and families to bond and make friendships that will last forever. There is a traditional style lunch room at lunch and a playground for recess. There is parking in the parking lot off Rosehill and on the road. Half the building, including the main entry way, 3 restrooms, and gym where drama productions take place are all wheelchair/stroller accessible. Unfortunately the classrooms are not due to this being a very old school building with several stair cases. This building serves a few other ministries in the area but these are not affiliated with ELCC. This is very easy to get to via 16.

My children have been attending for a year and a half now and we love it. Wide variety of classes offered for all ages. Lots of extra curriculars and field trips to participate in. Yes its an old building but the co-op works hard to keep it well maintained and updated as possible. Couldnt ask for a better school setting and atmosphere for our homeschool family.
