        I had a vehicle in for running issues. They proceeded to have the car for a week, do $500 of repairs on the vehicle with no confirmation from me. I paid the fee giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking it would be better than how I dropped the car off, but the second I pulled my car onto Mt. Vernon road it completely shut off and was worse then it was when I dropped it off.

      Hello Justin, I feel like you may be leaving a review for the wrong business. We always confirm repairs with customers prior to doing the work. In the case that you have indeed had your vehicle at the Auto Pro we always stand behind our work. Contact the business owner, Eric, via his cell or call the shop during business hours (8am - 6pm Monday - Friday) and he will be more than willing to get to the bottom of this issue.
