        Very charming and made me feel like my car was in good hands. I even tipped him extra UNTIL I realized that he said that I was having a gas pump issue but it was my power that was being affected in the first place that I wanted fixed.. i asked for the warrenty for the pump and he says the place didnt give him one...sigh....lol..even as someone that doesn't work on cars I realized that sounded strange.I should've tried getting a new battery or checking my alt first, But I freaked out cause I just wanted my car lol. This could've been done to me by any other mechanic really...but I guess the lies are a bit better. Wish I would've been treated better honestly. I called and we talked about it, he seems to get pretty good reviews in a general sense so maybe my situation was situational but my hope is that another single mom doesn't get jipped because a mechanic believes she is dumb.

      I think there might be a misunderstanding here. I'd like to start by saying that in no way do I think you are dumb (as you mentioned in this review) nor was I trying to take advantage of you. As a small business owner, my goal is to perform quality work and make my customers happy so that I can continue to be a successful business.I think, perhaps, I wasn't clear with how I explained the situation with your car. Your car needed a fuel pump to supply the engine to run. If your car is not running, you will not have power steering. This is why I replaced your fuel pump and fixed your car. I am sorry if I was not clear or didn't explain it better. I was under the impression you left happy with a running & working car (that was originally towed to me). If there's anything else I can explain or do, please don't hesitate to call me.
