Craft Bistro & Lounge

It was our first visit to Craft B&L. A special honorable mention to Brooke. She was the bartender tonight, but when we left the bar for our table, she followed us and was our server as well. Excellent service on her part as she answered all our food questions and left us with a very relaxed and comfortable feeling. She makes a great red wine sangria as well. Our food was delicious, and apparently so as we have not a single food photo. To me, when that happens, I know I had a good meal because I was focused on the food rather than a phone camera. We look forward to another visit. Thank you for a nice evening.

We were visiting my mom, and we were looking for a place to eat that was out of the norm. Mom suggested Craft, we did not have a reservation, we had to wait 10 minutes no big deal. The food was excellent, I had the special that night it was grilled salmon with lemon caper sauce and shrimp on top sitting on top of tomato gnocchi with a tomato cream sauce, I had to take home most of the gnocchi as there was a lot. Bill got the fillet beef tips and perogis, delicious!! Our server was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. She was fun and personable. She checked on us several times just to make sure everything was fine. This is a great addition to downtown New Philadelphia, Definitely will be back! Update: our servers name is Betty!! Bubbly personality, knows the menu well, great fun!
