        Not a terrible place, when setting up an account I asked for a list of all the fees multiple times and kept getting politician responses showing me the different types of accounts and benefits of each one, when I finally got my accounts set up I got the exact list I wanted to know about before making my decision

        Normally is an alright bank however their system and app is down more then most. So if you want to consistently do your banking look elsewhere. Staff is typically rude and argumentative when there is an issue brought up.

        This chain of banks appears to have violated federal banking and investor protection laws with ongoing investigations by the FDIC and CFPB banking regulators. No resolution by customer service or the CFO.
