I'd give zero stars if I could. Spoke to two different women with a concern and they were both incredibly rude and refused to answer questions. They're supposed to be there to help with legal matters and were more interested in arguing the semantics of the questions I asked. I got no useful information and they wasted two weeks to say they couldn't assist. Then, when I apologized that my questions were upsetting, she LAUGHED at me. Yuck!
