Steve was great to work with. He contacted our insurance company and was able to have them cover all of the expenses. We didn't pay a dime out of pocket. The 2 guys that put the metal roof on the shop and the house, were very efficient and helpful answering any questions we had. Highly recommend!

I recently used Smith and Sons services for a new roof and gutters. At first, the roof was nice I had no complaints. Until the gutters were put on a couple of weeks after. As seen in the photos some of the roof screws are becoming loose which is causing the roofing to lose its integrity. The front gutter was so low the storm door hit it causing a small amount of damage due to a bent hanger that was used. They notched the roof trim pieces to fit the gutters as shown in the photos. Which as can be seen in the photos there was no need for. And now looks completely unprofessional. I called the owner after I saw the results and was told they would be here to look at it, never showed. He has stood me up twice. It has now been 4 weeks and still has not shown up. I had to hire another company to come out and lift the front gutter just so I could exit through the front door. I will no longer recommend their service or hire them for future services.
