        I really couldn't have had a nicer person. She did everything she could to help me out. I was a last day filer and she made room for me to do my taxes. Though I really think their prices for easy returns is a little much, I am on a fixed income. She did try to help me there too.

        There was a new girl who did our taxes. She had everything so messed up that all of a sudden we are getting nothing back this year. The only plus was the girl who finished our taxes named Katie was able to explain why the error occurred, and she is awesome but it doesnt negate the fact the our taxes and estimated refund were all a mistake. We will not be using them again due to the negligence of the first person on our taxes , and we have been customers for 6 years
