        Used them for years. Our taxes were a little complex with a business and rental property. Was a happy customer for years. This year prep fee went from $400-500 to $800. Our taxes should have been easier this year, as we don't have the business or rental property. Was told by Dave price increase was due to inflation and that a letter was mailed. Yes, we got the letter but never thought cost would double, when our taxes should have been easier. I'll take my business elsewhere, as they think $800 is a fair price compared to there competitors.

        Called in few times over two weeks and all I got was Ill leave a message for Dave and they never called. Wouldnt recommend if you want some service look somewhere else
