He would even answer questions about living in different areas versus others and what I should look for and watch out for. He is the best and I refer all my friends to him.

The process of getting a mortgage was easy, however, I’m not a fan of a company that sells your loan to another financial institution within two weeks. The closing fees were extremely high in my opinion. Their percentage rates are higher than others. I guess it’s my fault for not being more thorough. This company was recommended by someone. I learned a lesson the hard and expensive way!

Being a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what buying a house really entailed. Fairway helped me out tremendously by answering any question I had and making this big step in my life as easy as possible.
