        Cut our lawn for less than a year. Kept leaving areas of our lawn looking horrible. Call them to come and correct the issue and would tell me I was wrong. I've cut lawns for 50 years, and I don't know if a 10 x 15 section of lawn wasn't cut. No pride in their job. Just cut and run.

        We do use them for weekly mowing. They tend to forget the back side yard, though its been brought up before. They have mowed into a few of our outdoor lights but mgmt made it right by reimbursing the purchase of new ones. They are usually quite prompt.
