        I have purchased windows and doors from Pella 4 times for a little under $40,000. Team Setters (Daniel and Mike), Rick Sims and Tommy are the best you can have on your project. The cracked window they removed and reinstalled was not standard shape or size. Scaffolding both inside and out (on a steep hill) was required to remove the old cracked window as the weight of the replacement window is 330 pounds... Pella built a window that is a stunning improvement over the prior cracked window. The installation team will have me returning to the Cincinnati Pella team for future window/door needs. Services: Window installation, General window replacement, Double pane window installation & replacement, Window repair

        The salesperson, Brian, was professional, helpful, and listened to my requirements, ordering a door that fit well and was painted to match condo requirements. Nick, the installer, and his assistant, Braden, were very skilled craftsmen who were on time, removed my old door carefully, and replaced it with meticulous attention to detail and precision in all aspects of the installation. It looks great! They left the workspace very clean as well. Would highly recommend this team! Service: General door installation
