        Went to this bank to try and open an account 40 minutes before they closed and was turned down. Sat for 15 minutes waiting just for me to be told the systems went down and I had to leave right at 5 (literally right at 5) when they closed. Looks like Im going elsewhere.

        Even as a "Chase Private Banking Client" service from Chase is deplorable. The Monroe branch has been helpful on most occasions but service from corporate is quite unacceptable.I'd suggest banking with LCNB if in the Monroe/Lebanon area.

        Went here to do some banking. The women helping me seemed annoyed i wanted her to count my money and made comments like "its not that hard to count". They have to count my deposit anyway. I dont know why she has the attitude. It was 9am. She shouldn't work here if shes gonna act like counting money's an inconvenience
