        Very knowledgeable when it comes to taxes. Takes time to explain everything to you so that you walk away with a clear understanding. Answers questions promptly , even if calling in after taxes are done. Staff is always pleasant and polite. Ive been going to Christina for several years now and have never had an issue.

        Leaving one star because I cant leave 0.. my mother bonnie and myself applied for a llc in January of 2023 almost a year later and we can even get Christina to return our calls.. receptionist keeps telling us Christina will send a email and call back. Took my money but wont do the work for it. Smh

      First and Foremost, I amvery Sorry and apologize for the experience you are having. I have been out of the office from having surgery as I have been working from home. The LLC was created long before Bonnie sent a check for payment for it and has been emailed to her four times already maybe she should check her email spam folder. Also you can check it on the Ohio Secretary of State website to pull the information.
