Called yesterday to ask about apartments and unprofessional lady answered like it was her home phone and seemed annoyed after I said I was calling for Ridgewood Apts. I just hung up, why bother when they can't even pretend to care.

BROOKFALL GROUP are SLUMLORDSI would NOT recommend any property they own to rent!!! It is ALL about the MONEY with them they DO NOT care about the property or tenants..You can call or text for something that needs to be fixed or addressed it will take up to a month or NEVER..The pool was only opened for 2 weeks and green the whole time 9am-6pm so therefore the people that work until 5pm NEVER got to use the pool at the meet and greet meeting when BROOKFALL bought the property the 1 owner made it very clear it was about the MONEY used the F words every other word of the sentence put the previous owner down about all the things he didn't do at lease when we called in when something was wrong it was done ASAP!! The grills in the picnic area have NEVER been put up they have NOT KEPT THEIR WORD ON ANYTHING!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT ANY APT that is Owned by the BROOKFALL GROUP..((((SLUMLORDS)))) I wouldn't even give 1 star I had to give something..

Since Brookfall Group has taken over the property No one seems to care about tenants or property. NO ONE is ever in office which hours are to be 8:30 /4:30 Monday thru Friday.If there is a maintenance problem you can call in wasting your time NO ONE ever comes out..The pool is green/ shrubs are all over grown/ landscaping river rocks are all over grown with weeds It is up to tenants to do what management is responsible for..All they care about is the money..BROOKFALL GROUP are SLUMLORDS they haven't kept their word on ANYTHING they said..They put down previous owner down about all the things he didn't do at lease when we called in things were done ASAP! The pool was opened for a week and green the whole time 9am-6pm so therefore the people that work until 5pm NEVER got to use the pool/grills were NEVER put up in the picnic area.. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT ANY APT THAT THAT BROOKFALL GROUP OWNS!!!
