        Came in without an appointment for a blood draw at 8 am and was in and out within 10 minutes! They got me on the first stick and it was a very easy experience.

        Horrible unprofessional attitude. People are rude and act like you are inconveniencing them having labs done there. I waited over an hour the entire time I watched them get an attitude with nearly everyone who walked through the door. Then they proceed to shut the window and talk rudly about patients sitting there. Unprofessional and unbelievable experience it's a shame they represent Mercy.

        The rude staff !!! I will never go there again ! Got there at 8 am did the mammogram ok now need lab work now where Rudeness came out I sat there waiting and at 10am I still have not gotten blood work done girl said by I just walk out and I will tell everyone I know watch out for rude staff there
