        They are great up there!! Amanda and Carrie really went up and beyond to help me out with my taxes. I had big changes with my income last year and was nervous about filing this year. But they made sure they answered all my questions and that I understood everything before I left. I will definitely be going back to file next year!!!

        These folks are great. I came in on tax day with an issue on two local tax returns after a move and an error in withholding. A supervisor had to come out to assist, but the error ended up being minor and they were able to correct my returns. Despite some hassle for both sides, the whole experience left a very positive impression. I've used the JH online service for years, but I've already schedule an additional in-office appointment at the Middletown location for a revision. I won't hesitate to use JH services in the future.
